#WeCanWeWill | Mental Health Awareness Campaign

Together the power is ours. Together #WeCanWeWill change the way people think and talk about mental health. Join the movement → www.timetochangewales.org.uk/wecanwewill

#WeCanWeWill is a mental health campaign aimed at young people and aims to change attitudes towards mental health and create a movement, bringing everyone together in a bid to end stigma and discrimination. As the future generation, young people have the power to change attitudes and end discrimination towards people experiencing problems with their mental health.

This campaign is brought to you by Time To Change Wales, which is led by three Welsh mental health charities: Mind Cymru, Hafal and Gofal.

  5. I experienced all those things and more. And then I was diagnosed for pills and the real trouble started. I’m going to make like Nancy Regan and suggest that you just say no. Being uncomfortable is a part of life, self harm is a part of death.

  6. Mental Health belongs to ALL, no matter what the walks of life we all have. I am going to speak up about Mental Health to our prime minister, because the Mental Health Foundation here in NZ, are changing their laws to make this more as a public health issues, than a individual matter.

I also want to say that nobody should have to suffer Mental Health alone in any way. I will speak for you who are going through these issues, and of those in families who have been told to shut up about other family member’s mental struggles.

    Matt
